Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

Coupang is expanding in Taiwan and is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to handle the frontline execution of candidate intake, high-volume screening and daily worker scheduling confirmation. Using phone calls, SMS and LINE Official Account (LINE OA), the role keeps candidates moving quickly through the hiring pipeline while staying aligned 7 days a week with daily staffing needs across several roles.

Key responsibilities

• Outreach and screening: make high-volume outbound calls, send SMS messages and use LINE OA to contact and screen applicants across many job roles.
• Meet the 24-hour apply-to-contact SLA and hit daily targets for screening, conversion and intake.
• Log candidate status, contact history and screening outcomes in real time in Google Sheets and recruitment tracking systems.
• Confirm shift schedules and availability for 500+ helpers across Taiwan locations every day.
• Share candidate objections, drop-off reasons and market feedback with the Recruiting Manager so intake scripts and processes can be improved.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written Mandarin.
• Hands-on experience with LINE OA, SMS tools and phone outreach.
• Comfortable working in a metric-driven environment with daily calling and contacting quotas.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle large volumes of candidates accurately.
• Willing to work flexible shifts to cover the team 7 days a week.

Required skills

• Google Sheets: data entry, filtering, sorting, basic formulas and real-time collaborative tracking.
• Standard applicant tracking workflows.
