Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain Technology

About the role

Coupang is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Supply Chain Management technology team in Taipei. You will lead the design, development and localization of SCM products covering ordering, inbound placement and schedule, inventory management, transfers and network design. The work is science-heavy: most products rely on mathematical models, optimization, machine learning or agent-based decision making, and you will partner daily with data science and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define what to build and why: write PRDs with problem statement, goals, metrics, scope, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and own the roadmap, backlog and KPIs.
• Drive PRD sign-off with stakeholders such as instock managers, S&OP, category management and inbound planning, and conduct UAT.
• Work closely with instock managers, S&OP, category managers, buyers and FC operations, turning operational pain into product bets.
• Ship AI/ML/OR-integrated products from ideation to launch, define success metrics, run A/B tests and iterate on real-time data.
• Analyze data, including unstructured operational data, to identify opportunities and drive cost efficiencies.
• Prototype quickly using AI tools and advanced analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of product management experience shipping products at scale; e-commerce, logistics or supply chain tech preferred.
• At least one non-trivial optimization or ML-backed product shipped to production (e.g. procurement, routing, dynamic pricing).
• Fluent English, reading, writing and speaking, for PRDs, technical specs and daily collaboration with global teams.
• Ability to turn complex operational processes into scalable, AI-integrated solutions.
• Strong use of AI tools (GenAI, LLMs, agents) and hands-on data fluency, including SQL for custom analysis queries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with data science, engineering and operations teams.

Nice to have

• Experience designing advanced planning products (FC planning, automated inventory, route scheduling, network capacity).
• Vendor-facing systems (SRMS, PO management) and inbound planning experience.
• Shipping AI-agent products and Python enough to prototype and read DS code.
