Senior Manager/Associate Director – Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager or Associate Director to lead financial control, regulatory reporting and statutory processes for our Taiwan entity and its branches. This hands‑on position requires deep knowledge of local regulations and a focus on delivering accurate, compliant financial outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the financial close, year‑end and regulatory reporting processes for Taiwan entities.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.
• Oversee statutory reporting and align it with group standards.
• Drive process efficiency and continuous improvement of the Taiwan finance operating model.
• Collaborate closely with the on‑shore Finance team, including the Head of Finance Taiwan and P2P teams.
• Operate within a matrix structure, providing oversight and coordination with regional finance leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial control and regulatory reporting within Taiwan.
• Strong technical expertise in local regulatory requirements and statutory processes.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate, timely financial outputs.
• Experience working in a matrixed, multinational finance environment.
