职位概况

凱基銀行通路發展處提供分行櫃員實習生職位，讓您在實務環境中學習銀行櫃檯交易與客戶服務。

主要职责

處理存提匯款、定存等櫃檯交易，協助客戶開戶與業務變更。
引導客戶使用ATM、存款機、補摺機等自動化設備。
協助並推廣客戶申辦網路銀行、行動銀行及行銀APP下載。
參與銀行業務專業訓練與實作，提前熟悉銀行運作。
