About the role

Condé Nast Taiwan is seeking a seasoned Financial Auditor to manage its Accounts Receivable function. The role involves ensuring accurate invoicing, credit approval verification, and timely processing of payments while supporting the broader finance team. The position reports to the Finance department and contributes to maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and verify accounts receivable invoices, ensuring customer credit approvals are in place.
  • Process payments and apply them to customer balances accurately.
  • Perform receivable age analysis and produce related reports.
  • Collaborate with finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting.
  • Assist in financial analyses of proposals, investments, and fund sources as needed.

Required profile

  • Seasoned professional with several years of experience in accounts receivable or financial auditing.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Capable of managing projects or processes when required.
