About the role
Supermicro is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its global legal team. The role involves providing strategic legal advice, drafting and negotiating contracts, and supporting compliance across a range of technology business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, negotiate and review a variety of legal documents, including commercial contracts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex legal issues and deliver timely, well‑reasoned guidance.
- Assist with internal administrative affairs of the legal department.
- Assume additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of in‑house legal experience supporting diverse business operations.
- Hands‑on experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and managing compliance and regulatory matters.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Master of Laws or higher; US JD/LLM preferred.
