Senior Executive Search Recruiter – Semiconductor Hiring

About the role

Renesas is looking for a Senior Executive Search Recruiter to partner with senior leadership and HR in delivering top‑tier executive talent for G‑level positions across its semiconductor business. You will shape the end‑to‑end hiring experience and ensure it reflects the company’s leadership values.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute search strategies, sourcing, pipeline development, assessments, interview processes, and offer negotiations for Senior Director and above roles.
• Serve as the primary advisor to senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition leadership on executive hiring needs.
• Maintain governance, compliance, and reporting standards for all executive searches.
• Manage relationships with external executive search firms, including vendor selection, performance evaluation, and cost control.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive landscape research, compensation benchmarking, and succession pipeline insights.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in executive search (in‑house, top‑tier firm, or both).
• Proven track record managing senior‑level searches (Senior Director, VP, C‑Suite).
• Experience building and leading recruiting teams.
• Strong influencing, advisory, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• High discretion handling confidential information.
