Senior Engineering Project Manager

About the role

Corsair is expanding its engineering team in Taipei to accelerate development of its gaming audio product line. The Senior Engineering Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end execution of audio hardware programs, ensuring timely delivery, product quality, and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project planning, milestone definition, risk management, and status reporting for wireless headsets, desktop audio solutions, and voice communication systems.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including audio engineering, firmware/software, mechanical, electrical, industrial design, and quality assurance.
• Manage relationships with external ODM/JDM partners, overseeing prototype builds, EVT/DVT/PVT phases, and validation cycles.
• Ensure product specifications meet performance, gamer expectations, and regulatory compliance (FCC, CE, etc.).
• Guide component selection, supplier readiness, and manufacturing ramp‑up while optimizing processes to shorten development cycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience in consumer electronics, preferably audio products.
• Proven track record working with Asian ODM/JDM partners in gaming or audio sectors.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort in a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural environment.
