Senior Director, Process Support Engineer

About the role

Lead a high‑visibility team delivering on‑site installation, troubleshooting, and technology adoption for strategic semiconductor customers. Drive multi‑year account strategies and mentor new managers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with department heads and directors to identify high‑value problems and develop DVS solutions across business units.
• Manage a team that demonstrates new technologies at customer sites through demos, evaluations, joint development programs, and tool qualifications.
• Oversee on‑site installation, diagnosis, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Plan demand, forecast financial activity, and ensure technical development of the PSE team.

Required profile

• MS in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related field.
• 15+ years in semiconductor customer engineering, field service, process support or applications.
• 5+ years leading managers and multi‑level technical organizations.
• Proven track record supporting strategic semiconductor customers and driving technology adoption.

Required skills

• Semiconductor metrology, inspection, and process control technologies.
• Technical leadership in developing DVS solutions across multiple product lines.
• Demand planning and financial forecasting for technical activities.
• Executive stakeholder management and strong communication.
