Senior Digital PR & Communications Executive

About the role

The Senior Digital PR & Communications Executive will lead the development and execution of integrated earned and paid media strategies for a portfolio of consumer brands. This role combines strategic planning, influencer partnership management, and cross‑functional collaboration to amplify brand storytelling and drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own trend‑driven earned and paid media strategies that boost brand equity, consumer demand, and share of voice across multiple brands.
• Identify real‑time social conversations and emerging trends to secure immediate earned exposure and engagement opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with key media outlets, editors, and lifestyle platforms to secure high‑quality coverage.
• Develop, manage, and evaluate influencer, KOL, and opinion‑leader collaborations aligned with brand objectives.
• Design word‑of‑mouth and digital advocacy initiatives that generate organic conversations and cultural relevance.
• Lead agile, buzz‑driven campaigns, integrating PR, influencer, and social elements for cross‑channel amplification.
• Act as a communication bridge between PR and e‑commerce teams, supporting search visibility, traffic, and conversion through PR and social amplification.
• Provide regular reports with insights on buzz performance, consumer engagement, and business impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in PR, communications or digital media.
• Strong sensitivity to social conversations, emerging trends, and consumer sentiment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver high‑quality media exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a storytelling mindset.
