Senior Data Scientist

About the role

TribeROI is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join its on‑site team in Taipei. You will design and implement advanced analytical models that turn community data into actionable insights, helping clients measure the impact of their initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and prepare large, messy datasets from cloud or big‑data environments.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and build predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning techniques.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and present recommendations to leadership and clients.
• Mentor junior data professionals and contribute to the continuous improvement of TribeROI’s analytical capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in data science, machine learning, and statistical methods.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to align analytical work to organizational goals.
• Proven experience collaborating in cross‑functional teams and working on‑site in Taipei.
