Senior Clinical Specialist – North Region

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist for the North region to deliver on‑site education, consulting, and support to customers and field personnel. You will partner with sales teams to drive product awareness and contribute to growth opportunities across the APAC market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site education and consulting for Medtronic customers.
• Support field personnel to achieve optimal outcomes and service quality.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans for one or more business units.
• Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
• Work closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales teams to provide case and sales support.
• Identify and facilitate execution of growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support teams.
• Serve as a technical resource for specific medical products or solutions.

Required profile

• Advanced education (Baccalaureate degree or equivalent) with relevant experience; APAC region may accept high school diploma with 6 years experience or associate diploma with 4 years experience.
• Demonstrated competence in clinical support, sales collaboration, and project delivery.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision.
• Effective communication with internal contacts and occasional external interactions.
• Potential to mentor entry‑level professionals.
