About the role
Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to drive inside sales for its Vision Care portfolio in Taiwan. You will be the primary point of contact for territory accounts, promoting contact lenses and lens care solutions while supporting customers through telephone selling, product shipments, and demonstrations.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and nurture product relationships with small and medium‑sized territory accounts.
- Serve as the first point of contact for accounts, handling calls, inquiries, and concerns.
- Promote, sell, and support Alcon Vision Care products, including contact lenses and lens care solutions.
- Perform telephone selling, market screening, and provide feedback on new product introductions.
- Coordinate product shipments and arrange on‑site demonstrations by sales teams.
- Participate in sales meetings, kick‑off sessions, and ongoing training programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; 5 years preferred in a multinational FMCG environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent people and negotiation skills.
