Senior Associate, Vertical Planning & Operations

About the role

Klook is seeking a Senior Associate to drive commercial and service performance across its travel product verticals worldwide, including attractions, tours, activities, and mobility services. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to improve customer satisfaction, traffic, supply coverage, pricing, and overall profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist commercial and service level performance for global travel product verticals.
• Lead program‑management initiatives that scale vertical performance in areas such as inventory availability, pricing, and booking experience.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance exposure, usability, and conversion rates on Klook’s mobile app, website, and other channels.
• Build metrics and monitoring mechanisms to analyze commercial and operational performance.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in OTA, e‑commerce, tech startup, strategy consulting, business analytics, category/brand management, or product management.
• Experience with travel products (attractions, tours, activities, or in‑destination transportation) is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering cross‑departmental projects.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working with global, multicultural teams across time zones.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
