About the role

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is a fast‑growing semiconductor company seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to enhance and debug analog and digital IC products, develop reference circuits, and support key customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to enhance and debug analog and digital IC products.
  • Develop application reference circuits.
  • Write datasheets, application notes, and design notes.
  • Provide application support for key customers and field application engineers.

Required profile

  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience in switch‑mode power designs (DC/DC, AC/DC, or inverters).
  • MSEE or higher degree.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Excellent writing and presentation abilities.
  • Previous experience in SI/PI analysis, computing system power design, power supply manufacturing, or power‑management IC companies is desired.
