About the role
Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a recent graduate to join its analog and mixed‑signal IC design team. You will work on cutting‑edge power management products that power a wide range of portable and non‑portable devices.
Key responsibilities
- Define product specifications and perform circuit synthesis from transistor level up to system level.
- Run simulations, supervise layout, and participate in the full product development cycle from concept to release.
Required profile
- MSEE or PhD in electronic engineering with focus on analog or digital IC design.
- Self‑motivated, able to collaborate with overseas colleagues, and comfortable working in a fast‑growing semiconductor environment.
Required skills
- Design of analog and mixed‑signal ICs using sub‑micron BiCMOS/DMOS technologies.
- Experience with power converter topologies such as buck, boost, buck‑boost, and LDO.
- Circuit simulation and layout supervision.
