Digital Design Engineer – New Graduate

About the role

Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a recent graduate to join its digital design team. You will work on the development, design, and verification of digital and mixed‑signal integrated circuits used in power management and consumer electronics.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and verification of digital/mixed‑signal ICs, including switching regulators and power management chips.
• Assist with test, debug, and FPGA verification activities to ensure functional correctness.

Required profile

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on digital design/VLSI.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Basic knowledge of ASIC development processes and digital design techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency in RTL/DV languages such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM.
• Familiarity with industry‑standard ASIC tools (digital simulators, synthesis, DFT, LEC, STA).
• Experience with programming and scripting languages like Perl, TCL, Unix, Python, and C/C++.
