Senior Android Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Android Software Engineer to join AIFIAN’s mobile engineering team. You will design, build, and maintain the Android application that powers our AI‑driven retail platform, delivering high performance, quality, and a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications for AIFIAN’s mobile platform.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and continuously improve code quality and maintainability.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver and iterate on features.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance, stability, and scalability issues.
• Write reliable, reusable, and maintainable Kotlin code supporting both new features and ongoing refinements.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical discussions to raise engineering standards.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional Android development experience with a proven track record of shipping production apps.
• Strong understanding of Android SDKs, Material Design guidelines, and mobile architecture.
• Deep experience with Kotlin, including Coroutines, Flow, and concurrency handling.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners in a fast‑moving environment.
