职位概况
TVBS 正在加速數位轉型，尋找具備 React 與 Next.js 經驗的資深前端工程師，負責千萬流量級別的使用者體驗與效能優化。
主要职责
- 主導核心產品線的前端架構選型、設計與實施。
- 開發可重用、高效能的 React Component Library。
- 深入分析並優化 Core Web Vitals 指標，提升網站載入速度與使用者體驗。
- 評估並導入新技術，制定 Coding Standard 與 Code Review 規範。
- 與 UI/UX 設計師、後端工程師緊密協作，確保 API 與介面高效整合。
- 指導中/初級工程師，分享最佳實踐，推動團隊技術成長。
任职要求
- 具備多年 React 生態系開發經驗。
- 熟悉 Next.js 框架，能應對高流量網站的 SEO 與效能需求。
- 對 Core Web Vitals 有深入了解與優化實踐。
- 能獨立設計前端架構並推動團隊落實。
- 良好的跨團隊溝通與協作能力。
