Senior Account Solution Engineer

About the role

Join Salesforce's Solutions department to drive cloud solution proposals from both business and technical perspectives. You will work closely with Account Executives to understand customer challenges, design solution architectures, and deliver compelling demos that showcase a transformative vision.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and present solution proposals that address customer business needs and create future‑proof system roadmaps.
• Develop and deliver customized demonstrations and comprehensive proposals focusing on solution design and implementation plans.
• Create industry‑specific sales assets, proposal templates, and marketing materials to support Agentforce and Generative AI initiatives.
• Support marketing events by speaking at seminars and conducting high‑impact product demonstrations.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of presales experience with CRM, ERP, SCM, BI, or BPM solutions, or equivalent system‑integration, project‑management, or consulting experience.
• Proven ability to deliver presentations and demos at seminars, events, or executive meetings.
• Experience proposing enterprise‑level, CRM‑centered solutions is a plus.
• Project‑management experience on large‑scale system‑integration projects is advantageous.
