职位概况
负责主导客户数字化转型与业务流程优化，带领团队利用 Salesforce 平台实现业务愿景，参与前沿 AI 解决方案的评估与落地。
主要职责
- 制定组织与系统整体转型蓝图，包括业务流程改革与 IT 架构设计。
- 负责 Salesforce Org 战略、治理及多云架构设计，推动 AI 与数字化转型。
- 在项目执行阶段提供需求定义、设计、开发、测试、部署及 CI/CD 支持。
- 建立 Salesforce 治理机制、中心卓越（CoE）运作及架构优化建议。
任职要求
- 在策略规划、治理优化或项目执行任一领域拥有 7 年以上实务经验并担任主要推动角色。
- 具备 3 年以上团队带领或项目领导经验，能与 C‑Level 高管有效沟通。
- 中文母语，具备商务英文沟通能力。
必备技能
- 深度掌握 Salesforce 平台及相关架构设计。
- 熟悉 AI 工具在项目中的应用与评估。
