Senior Account Manager Quanta

About the role

Infineon is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead the Quanta EODM account within a global account management team. The role focuses on expanding Infineon’s product portfolio in the data‑center and AI server market while maintaining strong executive relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall management of the Quanta EODM account as part of a global team.
• Develop and execute an account strategy to grow Infineon’s solutions and market share.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day technical engagements, plan technical summits and work with resource owners to deliver support plans.
• Channel technical and commercial feedback to internal support organisations.
• Maintain the executive relationship matrix linking Quanta and Infineon leadership.
• Capture and share customer insights through CRM opportunity tracking and interaction reports.

Required profile

• Proven track record in developing EMS business and understanding of value chains.
• Experience working in a global, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong curiosity to identify new business opportunities and a self‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing, FAE/SAE teams and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Passionate, resilient attitude with a “never give up” mindset.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of AI server and datacenter infrastructure.
• Familiarity with controllers, switches, sensors and connectivity components.
