SAP Business ByDesign Consultant – Taiwan

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business ByDesign Consultant to lead implementations and support activities for our clients in Taiwan. You will work closely with local business teams to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP Business ByDesign implementation projects, including configuration, module setup, and go‑live support.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, design optimal ByDesign solutions, and create optimisation plans.
• Collaborate with development teams on secondary development (SDK), API/Web Services integration, and custom reporting/analytics.
• Provide post‑implementation maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain system stability.
• Prepare SOPs, system documentation, user guides, and deliver training to key users.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Business ByDesign implementation or support.
• Strong knowledge of core modules such as Finance (FI/CO), SCM, CRM, or Procurement.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English for technical documentation.
• Willingness to be based in or travel to Taiwan as project demands.
