Sales Team Lead – Cloud Solutions (Taiwan Market)

About the role

The Sales Team Lead will drive the performance of the Cloud Solutions sales team focused on the Taiwan market. You will own day‑to‑day sales execution, pipeline health, and revenue outcomes while coaching the team to exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve pipeline, opportunity, conversion and revenue targets.
• Ensure opportunities are qualified, accurately maintained in the CRM, and progressed through the sales cycle.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, call coaching, role‑plays and improvement plans.
• Maintain operational discipline through CRM hygiene, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Partner with Readiness, Quality and Business Intelligence teams to identify development needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide performance insights, risk assessments and action plans for business reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve lead quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in inside, digital or B2B sales, sales operations or demand generation.
• At least 2–3 years of people‑management experience.
• Proven track record managing pipelines, opportunity qualification, forecasting and revenue‑driven targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities in a target‑driven environment.
