Sales Executive – B2B SaaS (Taiwan)

About the role

Translead Taiwan is launching its B2B SaaS CRM platform in Taiwan and seeks a Sales Executive to lead market entry. You will be responsible for building the sales pipeline from day one, engaging prospects, and closing deals to drive early‑stage growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market entry and business development for Translead CRM in Taiwan.
• Generate leads through trade shows, referrals, cold calling and cold email outreach.
• Conduct full‑cycle consultative selling: client discovery, solution proposals, product demos and closing.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure client retention and identify upsell opportunities.
• Participate in overseas strategy, market expansion planning and local office setup.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Business‑level proficiency in Japanese or English.
• Willingness to travel domestically within Taiwan and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Adaptable mindset for a fast‑paced “0 to 1” startup environment with strong problem‑solving skills and high ownership.
