Sales Enablement Specialist

About the role

The Sales Enablement Specialist joins the Sales Training & Development team to design and deliver hands‑on training, roll out role‑specific playbooks, and help sales teams across APAC work more innovatively, productively and profitably. You will coach sellers and sales leaders, adapt global programs to regional needs, and partner with leaders to boost performance.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach sellers and sales leaders in the APAC region to improve capabilities and confidence.
• Organise and facilitate in‑person and virtual sessions, embedding practical skills into daily workflows.
• Deploy role‑specific sales playbooks to drive innovation, productivity and profitability.
• Adapt global sales enablement programs to regional contexts.
• Partner with regional leaders to improve sales performance through coaching and best‑practice adoption.
• Collaborate with the global enablement team to develop training content, tools, systems and insights.
• Measure impact and share insights to continuously improve enablement programs.

Required profile

• Easy‑going, strong communicator and motivator.
• Skilled at coaching people to meet commitments.
• Organised with ability to streamline resources and processes.
• Experience in sales enablement, training or sales operations within a B2B environment.
• Comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Self‑driven, proactive and able to push projects forward.
• Growth mindset with passion for developing people and improving performance.
