Sales Director

About the role

UCT is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead its semiconductor product and service sales across Asia, based in Taiwan. You will partner closely with the VP of Sales to shape strategy, drive business development, and deliver revenue growth for key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the regional sales pipeline, focusing on forward‑looking products and pricing.
• Lead major account teams in strategic and tactical execution to ensure customer success.
• Achieve revenue and gross‑margin targets for UCT semiconductor solutions.
• Own the resolution of customer issues and maintain strong relationships with high‑touch engineering and management contacts.
• Co‑create account strategies, forecasts, and business plans; present them at quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, NPI, SCM, and Engineering to deliver coordinated customer communications and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with key decision‑makers, ensuring UCT is positioned for next‑generation opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in senior sales leadership, preferably within the semiconductor or high‑tech industry.
• Relentless drive to succeed with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
• Business‑owner mindset with experience in account strategy and revenue forecasting.
