Sales Director, APAC

About the role

CoolIT Systems is seeking a Sales Director for the Asia‑Pacific region to lead business development and drive revenue growth for its liquid‑cooling solutions. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be the primary commercial interface with ODMs, OEMs, hyperscalers and data‑center operators across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional revenue targets and build a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
• Identify, qualify and develop relationships with ODMs, OEMs, cloud service providers and data‑center operators.
• Lead complex sales cycles from technical engagement through design‑win, qualification and volume production.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market and account strategies aligned with global commercial priorities.
• Partner with engineering and applications teams to translate customer thermal, mechanical and system requirements into technical and commercial proposals.
• Support design reviews, technical workshops and on‑site customer engagements.
• Coordinate with global partners, suppliers and ecosystem participants, and assist with contract negotiations and pricing strategy.
• Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting and collaborate with operations and supply‑chain teams to ensure delivery readiness.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development or technical sales within data‑center infrastructure, thermal solutions or related hardware technologies.
• Proven success selling to ODM, OEM, CSP or hyperscale customers in the Asia‑Pacific region.
• Strong understanding of liquid‑cooling technologies and data‑center architecture trends.
• Ability to build senior‑level relationships and work cross‑functionally with global teams.
