Sales Development Representative

About the role

Crimson Education is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for inbound leads in Taiwan. You will help prospective students navigate Crimson’s programs and ensure a smooth, high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make calls and respond to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads for the sales process.
• Enter and manage lead data accurately in Salesforce.
• Track lead progression through the sales pipeline and update records.
• Coordinate with events, reaching out to event leads and scheduling meetings with Academic Advisors and the Country Manager.
• Plan and execute local events to raise brand awareness.
• Maintain professional relationships with prospective students and their families.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and stay updated on industry knowledge.
• Present at school talks, career expos, and Crimson seminars as needed.
• Attend industry events and compile fortnightly sales reports for management.
