Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will join Molex’s Sales Development Group, focusing on mass‑market customers and distributors. The role aims to generate new leads, develop opportunities and manage ongoing projects to increase Molex’s market share and position the company as the preferred supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop new customer opportunities to maximize Molex’s market share.
• Manage existing projects and new transfer‑in business to maintain and grow share.
• Collect and share competitor and market intelligence across divisions.
• Review RFQs and conduct periodic business reviews, including price negotiations and new opportunity assessments.
• Confirm design wins, maintain Salesforce opportunities, and transfer them when required.
• Track major project status, manage forecasts and coordinate with planning and plant teams for supply and capacity.
• Support negotiations of potential S&E, coordinate QN and environmental documentation.
• Review POS records to protect profit, mitigate AR and tariff issues in collaboration with Finance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Work experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry.
• Excellent communication, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for opportunity management.
• Strong data‑analysis abilities using Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
