Sales Associate – Customer Relationship & Campaign Management

About the role

The Sales Associate will drive customer engagement by communicating product launches, managing sales campaigns, and acting as the first point of contact for inquiries and complaints. This role combines relationship building, sales presentation, and follow‑up activities to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a customer contact plan for product launches and sales campaigns.
• Handle initial customer queries and complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Prepare and deliver standard sales presentations, ask qualifying questions, and identify customer needs.
• Generate new leads through referrals, trade shows, and conferences.
• Propose product quantities and configurations, explain selections, and close sales at standard terms.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system and schedule follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent external communication and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, regulatory codes, and obtain approvals for procedural exceptions.
• Participate in performance management, training, and professional development activities.
