About the role

ICON plc is seeking a Regional Clinical Trial Manager to lead clinical trial operations for its Taiwan portfolio. This remote position supports cross‑functional teams, ensures compliance, and drives high‑quality outcomes across multiple studies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement trial protocols and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators, sites, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Make critical decisions on trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

Required profile

• University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent experience.
• Solid clinical trial management experience with ability to handle competing priorities.
• Subject‑matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area.
• Prior monitoring experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
