Recruitment Consultant – Fast-track progression

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant you will join HRnet One’s Taiwan team, helping clients across healthcare, retail, sourcing, consumer goods and finance to find the right talent. You will work on end‑to‑end recruitment projects, providing market insights and building lasting relationships with both candidates and employers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for local and regional projects, from sourcing to placement.
• Conduct market research and engage talent pools to understand industry trends.
• Advise clients on talent market intelligence and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates to match client requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts through relationship management.

Required profile

• Strong passion for people and a curiosity about talent markets.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Organised, target‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience, who will start as Associate Consultants.
