Quality Engineer, PCT Process (MQC)

About the role

Micron Technology is hiring an MQC PCT Engineer to join its MQC PCT team and collaborate on key projects that improve performance. The role sits within the semiconductor industry and focuses on process and equipment programs.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all required safety training and ensure all work follows Micron's safety policies.
• Assist in defining projects and programs aimed at world-class startup, yield, quality, cost and output goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and the associated communication materials.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives and top focus areas.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external collaborators within the Micron network.
• Make training resources available and provide expert mentorship on process and equipment programs, systems and processes.
• Ensure organizational compliance with company policies, regulations and departmental procedures.
• Take part in functional teams and projects, mentoring other leaders and promoting teamwork.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an engineering role, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Dedication to safety and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with AMC control or N2 Purge processes is highly advantageous.
