Project Manager – Global Ramp‑up Lead

About the role

Molex is looking for a growth‑minded Project Manager to lead cross‑site collaboration across the U.S., Mexico, Poland and China. You will coordinate production, process engineering and supply‑chain functions to ensure timely ramp‑up of new business and capacity expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑site project execution to meet ramp‑up milestones on schedule.
• Coordinate production, process engineering, supply‑chain and other key functions for alignment and execution readiness.
• Drive project plans, timelines and issue resolution for new business launches.
• Partner with site teams to translate customer needs into executable ramp‑up plans.
• Identify risks proactively, remove roadblocks and enforce accountability.
• Communicate project status, decisions and recovery actions to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in electronics manufacturing (optics, connectivity preferred).
• Experience with Taiwan‑based EMS/CM companies or large‑scale manufacturers such as Foxconn, Wistron, Quanta, Wiwynn or Pegatron.
• 3+ years managing projects for U.S. Tier‑1 network customers; CSP experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional schedules, risks and issue resolution in fast‑paced environments.
