Project Management Assistant

About the role

Ubiquiti is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Management Assistant to support its Product Management team. In this role you will work closely with Project Managers, coordinate daily activities, maintain documentation, and help keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and operations alongside Project Managers.
• Attend project meetings, capture minutes, document action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Track schedules, milestones, issues and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
• Gather updates from cross‑functional teams and prepare weekly status reports and timeline summaries.
• Maintain project documentation, tracking tables, internal databases, BOMs and SKU information in the PLM system.
• Organise package shipments, deliveries and tracking for development projects.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support and ad‑hoc coordination tasks for Project Managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, comfortable following up with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Logical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Conversational English for collaboration with global teams.
