Professional Sales Specialist – Pharma Specialty Care

About the role

We are looking for a Professional Sales Specialist to drive specialty‑care sales in the cardiology and hematology therapeutic areas within the Taipei hospital channel. Reporting directly to the Sales Lead, you will develop new customer relationships and nurture existing ones to meet both quantitative and qualitative targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned hospital territory in Taipei, ensuring coverage of all key accounts.
• Conduct customer visits using company resources and deliver effective promotional messages.
• Develop and cultivate new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Create territory action plans with measurable metrics, review progress regularly, and report results.
• Plan and execute activities aligned with business‑unit and product strategy, providing timely feedback to the sales lead and marketers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a marketer or sales representative.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Basic English listening and reading ability.
• Proactive, able to work independently and develop the market.
• Willingness to accept change and challenges.
• Familiarity with anesthesia and anti‑infectious disease therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Valid driving licence.
