Production Operator – Semiconductor Manufacturing

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a Production Operator to work on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role involves operating multiple machines on 12‑hour rotating day/night shifts, ensuring product quality and equipment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and man multiple production machines, following standard operating procedures.
• Log machine data accurately and provide coverage during breaks.
• Monitor equipment performance, report discrepancies promptly to the lead.
• Run equipment according to current process specifications and change notifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 6S principles.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate pass‑downs clearly and provide feedback to leadership.
• Identify hazards, follow safety protocols, and use proper ergonomic lifting techniques.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating day/night shifts.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use system applications.
• Attention to detail with a strong quality and safety mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Readiness to complete required training and certifications.
