Production Engineer, F16N HVM

About the role

Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is hiring a Production Engineer for its F16N HVM production line. The role oversees production line status and performance, analyses production data and drives continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the production line status (tools, work-in-progress) and cooperate to maximise output and cycle time.
• Analyse production-related data and propose strategies to meet production KPI goals.
• Drive continuous improvement such as workload reduction, lost time, RPTOI scheduling and Q-time control.
• Lead operators in monitoring production status and feeding back capacity issues.
• Manage multiple tasks at once, prioritising them within a given timeline.
• Build teams, mentor and coach colleagues.
• Develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequences and processes for manufacturing parts, components and assemblies.
• Interface with design engineering on new product releases, estimate manufacturing costs, set time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Maintain records and reporting systems for manufacturing operations.

Required profile

• Experience in production line management.
• Willingness to work in shifts (day or night, 42-shift or 43/34-shift pattern).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data accurately.
