Production Controller (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Production Controller you will ensure that our state‑of‑the‑art microchip manufacturing equipment operates flawlessly and efficiently. You will be responsible for developing and coordinating production schedules, managing parts delivery to the assembly line, and supporting the achievement of production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate processing of schedule updates and maintain high‑level integrated master schedules.
• Control inventory levels, facilitate provision of necessary materials and components, and resolve material or manpower shortages.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing and accounting to develop and maintain scheduling parameters.
• Identify systematic problems, propose data‑driven solutions and lead continuous‑improvement projects to enhance quality, reliability, safety and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management (minimum Bachelor’s).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar production control role.
• Strong logical thinking, process orientation and solid business sense.
• Good English communication skills (minimum TOEIC 650).

Required skills

• SAP systems proficiency.
• Microsoft Excel VBA/Macros.
• Python programming (optional but valued).
