Product Manager – Fashion (Taiwan Region)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and management of fashion products for boutiques across the Taiwan region. The role combines buying, stock coordination, product launch and post‑launch analysis to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Product Manager in developing fashion categories and preparing OTB, buying and purchase plans to achieve revenue growth.
• Build the right product assortment and launch plan for each boutique, attending buying sessions in Paris and virtual meetings.
• Co‑host post‑buy meetings, finalize orders and communicate buying strategies with business partners.
• Collaborate with merchandisers, retail, supply‑chain and visual‑merchandising teams to monitor sales targets, manage transfers between boutiques and oversee overseas stock transfers.
• Coordinate product development with promotional, PR, media planning and marketing functions.
• Visit boutiques regularly to gather feedback, resolve merchandising issues and support events and CEM activities.
• Monitor sell‑through by collection and product category, identify challenges from boutique feedback and work with planning, VM, SEM and supply‑chain teams to implement action plans.
• Ensure pricing proposals are relevant to the local market and collect digital content feedback for boutique and client apps.
• Coach and supervise the Merchandise Executive, sharing expertise and overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
• Participate in global and regional projects to support business needs and achieve targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fashion buying, product assortment planning and stock management.
• Strong coordination skills across merchandising, retail, supply‑chain and marketing functions.
• Ability to analyse sales data, monitor sell‑through and develop corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with business partners and boutique teams.
• Willingness to travel to boutiques within Taiwan for regular visits.
