Procurement Officer

About the role

Siemens is looking for a Procurement Officer to join its Taiwan team. You will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, ensuring that the right goods and services are sourced at the best total cost of ownership while supporting project‑based and urgent sourcing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation and purchase order execution.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery terms and payment conditions to optimise cost.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Finance and Logistics to capture procurement requirements.
• Support project‑based procurement and urgent sourcing requests.
• Handle procurement administration, including contract management and GR/IR support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or Supply Chain Management.
• More than 3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Experience working in project‑based and engineering environments.
• Strong command of English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
