Procurement Manager – Taiwan

About the role

The Procurement Manager in Taiwan will lead all in‑country procurement activities for BDx, a fast‑growing data‑center platform operating across Asia. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective, and compliant sourcing of goods and services for both project‑specific needs and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end procurement processes within Taiwan, ensuring compliance with company policies, governance standards, and local regulations.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business objectives, drive cost optimisation, and support continuous improvement.
• Manage project‑related procurement, including sourcing plans, RFQ/RFP processes, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract award recommendations.
• Oversee Business‑As‑Usual procurement for operational maintenance contracts, spare parts, and service orders to guarantee uninterrupted data‑center operations.
• Maintain effective supplier relationships, monitor performance, and proactively mitigate procurement risks that could impact project schedules.
• Collaborate with the Central Procurement Team on strategic sourcing projects, process‑improvement initiatives, and special procurement assignments.
