Principal People Insights Analyst

About the role

TSMC’s People Experience team is looking for a Principal People Insights Analyst to lead data‑driven initiatives that shape the employee experience across its global workforce. In this senior individual‑contributor role you will translate raw HR and operational data into actionable insights that support leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive experience measures and reporting templates that integrate diverse data sets to identify organizational drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Design, maintain and evolve dashboards, scorecards and executive reports using advanced analytics, driver, trend, cohort and sentiment analysis.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, IT and other stakeholders to extract, cleanse and govern data while ensuring confidentiality and reporting integrity.
• Leverage AI‑driven predictive models to forecast trends and enable proactive decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field.
• 7‑10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics or organizational research, with a proven ability to manage end‑to‑end analytical workstreams.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience using Qualtrics, SAP SuccessFactors, Python, R and SQL.
• Knowledge of survey methodology, applied statistics, driver and sentiment analysis.
