About the role
3M is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering projects across multi‑disciplinary teams in Taoyuan City. The role combines manufacturing and laboratory expertise to drive project planning, execution, and delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects, coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Integrate manufacturing and laboratory business requirements into project plans.
- Control project costs and schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- Present project status and results to business partners, suppliers, team members, and management.
- Promote a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by following safety policies and identifying hazards.
