職位概述

酷澎正在尋找一位資深中段物流/幹線運輸經理，負責領導並優化公司在台灣的中程運輸營運，涵蓋物流中心、轉運中心及配送站之間的卡車運輸業務（進貨與出貨），協助建立標準化流程、設定服務水準指標，並透過數據分析降低運輸成本。

主要職責

規劃並優化幹線運輸路線，提升車輛調度效率、路線串接與裝載率，推動成本節省方案
使用 TMS 與 WMS 進行車輛調度，與物流中心、轉運中心、配送站及第三方物流夥伴即時溝通
建立並監控運輸服務水準（LOS）與 KPI，管理第三方物流供應商，監督路線績效與費用結算
主導中程運輸策略專案，與供應鏈、物流履行中心、零售部門及 Hub Operations 協作
分析物流數據，向高階管理層提供營運洞察與策略建議

任职要求

大學（四年制）以上學歷
10 年以上物流與運輸管理經驗，2 年以上團隊管理經驗
2 年以上物流流程設計與營運 KPI 管理經驗
曾直接向高階主管或 C-Level 匯報營運成果
以日班為主，能配合旺季或特殊營運需求調整時段

加分條件

電子商務、零售供應鏈、快遞物流或第三方物流公司背景
物流管理、供應鏈管理或工業工程科系
熟悉 SQL、進階 Excel、Tableau、Power BI，並使用過 TMS、BMS、WMS
跨部門溝通能力與商務英文
