职位概况
Coupang 台灣在全球安全營運中心（GSOC）尋求一名經理，負責日常營運管理，包括人力配置、班表安排、交接品質、事件通報及案件管理。該職位與台灣及韓國團隊合作，以英文即時核對案件資訊，並協助業務逐步移轉至台灣。
主要职责
- 管理 GSOC 日常營運，確保人力覆蓋、班表安排、交接品質及營運持續性
- 主導事件分級、資訊確認、通報、升級、紀錄及結案
- 建立並優化 SOP、工作指引及檢核表，辨識流程缺口與例外處理方式
- 透過案件檢視、品質抽查、根因分析與改善追蹤提升營運品質
- 執行新人訓練、在職指導與演練，並支援業務移轉、危機應變及業務連續性協作
任职要求
- 具輪班營運中心、控制室或客服中心的日常管理經驗
- 具人員管理、班表安排、輪班交接及事件分級結案經驗
- 具 SOP 或應變手冊的建立與維護經驗
- 能配合包含週六週日的日班輪班
優先具備安全供應商管理、中控室、業務連續性或新人訓練經驗。履歷審查後為電話面談，再進行現場或線上面試。
