职位概况
Coupang 台灣在全球安全營運中心（GSOC）招募專員，負責監控營運事件、進行初步風險評估，並依既定 SOP 與時限升級重大事件。需與韓國 GSOC 團隊以英文即時核對事件資訊，並維護事件紀錄與提報品質。
主要职责
- 監控傳入事件，評估嚴重性與營運風險，並在時限內升級重大案件
- 依 SOP、通報時限及升級節點執行事件通報與升級程序
- 以英文與韓國 GSOC 團隊確認事件時間、地點、影響、處置狀態及待確認資訊
- 製作並維護事件日誌、報告、時間軸、營運紀錄及輪班交接文件
- 檢視提報品質，提供具體改善意見
- 參與 SOP、BCM 與演練檢討等營運改善活動
任职要求
- 能監控事件、判斷嚴重性並依門檻執行升級
- 能閱讀並依循 SOP、檢核表、工單流程及升級矩陣
- 能以英文與韓國 GSOC 團隊即時溝通
- 能建立可追溯的事件紀錄，並檢視提報品質
- 能配合 24 小時三班制、每班 8 小時及非固定週休二日的排班
優先具備初階工作經驗，或在客服營運、IT 服務台、網路營運中心等受程序規範環境中執行事件分級或升級的經驗。履歷審查後為電話面談、線上面試，錄取通知由申請時填寫的信箱發送。
