职位概况
在 PwC 担任资深招聘专员，负责整体招募策略与执行，支持各业务单元的人才需求，提升雇主品牌影响力。
主要职责
- 与业务单元合作制定并执行 End-to-End 招募计划，包括简历筛选、面试安排、Offer 发放及报到前作业。
- 运营 LinkedIn、招聘平台及多元渠道，建立并维护人才数据库，提升招募成效。
- 策划并执行校园招聘活动、大型面试及人才推广项目，维护学校合作关系。
- 负责 Workday 招募系统操作与数据维护，定期追踪招募效果并参与流程优化。
任职要求
- 具 2 年以上完整招募流程经验，能够独立完成全流程招聘。
- 熟悉人才搜索渠道，具 LinkedIn Recruiter 或类似工具使用经验。
- 熟练操作 Workday 或其他 ATS 招募系统。
- 具良好沟通协调能力，能够同时处理多项任务并保持质量。
