Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are a leading wireless broadband communications company seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a winning attitude. You will lead recruitment initiatives for indirect labor positions and collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies and activities for indirect labor roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from requirement clarification to onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job platforms, employee referrals, campus recruiting, and external agencies.
• Support university‑industry collaboration, internship programs, campus recruitment, and recruitment events.
• Execute employer branding initiatives and develop recruitment‑related content.
• Participate in HR projects and support recruitment process improvement.
• Track recruitment progress and prepare reports and metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, especially for indirect labor positions.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
